What a Winner!

Tonight's UMD MLS class visited Matthew Winner at Longfellow Elementary School in Columbia, Maryland and it was an exciting evening! That tech savvy librarian is definitely someone to emulate and is certainly an advocate for libraries everywhere. I encourage you to check out World Read Aloud Day - fortunately it coincides with the two Transitions to Twos storytimes at Middletown Public Library so I will be explaining the day to those parents and hoping they will take time to participate in extra reading time with their children!
